How long will it take me?
This in depth web-based analysis of your GBS organization's maturity will take
approximately 5 weeks and is guided by a team of EY GBS professionals.
How do I complete the assessment?
Step 1:
Please log into the Diagnostic Tool with an existing user profile on the Home
page. If you don’t have a user profile yet please complete the contact form in
the “How do I learn more” section below.
Step 2:
Setup and complete assessment
- Your assigned GBS team will contact you to setup timing and logistics of the assessment
- Data will be collected and analyzed directly in the tool
- Maturity levels will be automatically calculated by the Diagnostic Tool's rule engine and compared to leading practices as well as peer group data
Step 3:
Finalize report
- Once the assessment is complete you will be provided with a full report of your GBS organization's strengths and weaknesses as well as a roadmap with improvement opportunities and actions that will help you to maximize your GBS benefits
- The report will then be made available for you to view and download
